I offer transformational bodywork that relieves chronic muscle pain and grounds the emotional/spiritual body. My pracitice space is a beautiful, healing studio with high ceilings and bamboo floors that has been described as "heavenly." With over seven years experience in deep tissue, shiatsu, injury recovery, cranal sacral and swedish massage, I offer a wholistic approach to healing.

My clients tell me I am incredibly intuitive as well as being an excellent listener when it comes to addressing their specific needs. I am very strong and able to give very firm pressure when needed while also being very sensitive, focused and nurturing. My studio is also one of a kind, with high ceilings and bamboo floors, it has been described as "Heavenly." I also dedicate plenty of time to get to know what your issues are, while always giving a full hour massage, I really love what I do, which I think comes through in the quality and attention of my work.

I always appreciate new clients and inspiration to continue to grow. I am also looking for ideas of how to reach out to people in West Seattle.

I received my massage education at the Swedish Institute in NYC, where we receive training in both eastern and western modalities. My continuing education has been in deep tissue, cranal sacral, lomi lomi amongst others.

I have over seven years experience working in both a spa setting as well as a chiropractic setting. I have had my own pracitice since 2005.
