For the past 30+ years I've been an accountant working with small businesses. And as you small business owners know I ended up expanding my expertise by working in HR, marketing, and management.

I've taken what I learned first hand and use that to assist small businesses to identify their target market and promote with relevant products.

I've owned and co-owned business in the Seattle area for about 30 years. Along the way, I have not only kept the books but also did the HR and Marketing. Back in 1995, I was one of the first auto shop owners sending reminder cards for oil changes and tune-ups. The shop also had rewards for existing and new customers. This campaign increased revenue by 40% in the first six months.

My love of business inspires me to read business books for pleasure...there's also something more to learn.
