Dennis has a winning grounded spirit and good humor by the bushel. Visiting him for a treatment, or attending one of his north end happy hours, I always learn something and have a good experience.

Dennis taught me several incredibly helpful exercises, both stretches specific to my body’s particular needs, as well as referring me to some fluid head and neck motions to keep things loose. While I confess I don’t do them as often as I should, they are so simple that I have stuck with them for well over a year now! Thanks Dennis!

He’s incredibly passionate about health and fitness, both keeping up with the latest information and sharing what he learns… If I lived closer, I’d have taken his Tai Chi class by now.

When I started seeing Dr. Dilday, I was having such severe neck pain I had a hard time turning my head. I was recommended Dr. Dilday from a friend and I have been seeing him ever since.

He is very gentle in his methods, and only does the occasional manual adjustment when needed and asks prior to adjusting manually. He is also thorough in checking the way your body moves to make sure his adjustments are effective and that you leave with lasting relief.

Dennis is not only a great chiropractor but also is very knowledgeable about our body and health issues. My whole family have been getting Dennis ' treatments for more than 10 years. He is part of our health maintenance program.

Denis is truly gifted when it comes to undertanding the needs of others; I was in a horrible car accident several years ago and went to him for care. He was very good at assessing what I needed and yet gentle in his approach as I was in a lot of pain. He took time to explain what and why he was doing what he was doing,not just crack me and send me out the door like alot of chirporpactors do. I was so afriad when I first started going to see him but he made me feel comfortable almost right from the start by explaining things and giviing me the support I really needed in order for healing to take place.He didn't rush me or ever overextend my visits either---everything was in balance.As is his attitude about his practice and how he treats everyone. Let me say first that this guy is one of the coolest people I've met. He impressed me so much with his knowledge of the human body. I'm really a layman when it comes to chiropractic matters and he put things in a way that I could understand. I didn't think that I could benefit much from an adjustment, but it turns out I was wrong! I can Breathe better, I feel straighter, and have better overall sense of balance. I have been a massage therapist for the last 5 years and I don't really cotton to many chiropractors.
Dennis, however is a healer of extraordinary stuff. He has never hurt or harmed me. I feel and know and have experienced that I am totally safe in his care. I've been having some neck and back issues that have not been helped by massage as much as his work. He's good, I trust him and he has integrity. He is one of only 2 chiropractors that I would send any of my clients to see.
