Dennis has over 30 years of business experience with over 25 of those in leadership positions within the banking industry. This experience has been incorporated into his coaching business. Dennis has spent the past several years coaching business owners and professionals to achieve their dreams. His training as a business coach has allowed him to use his vast experience and education to help others determine what has been holding them back and how to get out of their own way to achieve success.

Prior to his coaching career Dennis was regional president for one of the largest banks in the United States. He has led diverse teams in areas that include sales, marketing, operations, project management, training, risk management, call center management, human resources and leadership development.
