About Diane

Yoga teacher and studio director of NW Community Yoga/Pilates in the Ballard/Phinney Ridge neighborhood.  We have a nice community-oriented place to practice yoga, Pilates, spiritual intention if you so choose, and lots of fun.  Yoga communities can be awesome.  You don’t have to have a squeaky-clean life or athletic body to enjoy this practice, for the deeper realization of yoga is far beyond our physical bodies, or what we choose to do with them.  My yoga philosophy is more from the Rajankia Tantra era: Celebrate Life Now, everything that is good and enjoyable can be a way of connecting to Spirit.  And I...[more]
