Berklee College of Music Designed, developed and launched Ombudsman program for 900 employees; assisted faculty and staff to /understand/address work related conflict and issues; provided an independent, informal communication channel for employees to share concerns and ideas for improvement. Coached managers on employee relations. Offered mediation services. Reported to the President.

Fleet Bank- Senior Vice President/Ombuds for over 60K employees in the domestic US; addressed issues of fairness, equity and work conditions; collaborated with the Office of Diversity to give oversight to the womens affinity group; established and produced the annual diversity conference.
