I am a Seattle based designer creating modern, artful products inspired by nature and minimalism. Presently, I am developing a line of home accessories that combine the elements of surface design, usefulness and environmental sustainability.

My initial product line is composed of hand silk screened coasters and tablemats which are a modern, renewable version of traditional European slate tableware. They are made from 100% recycled paper infused in a non-petroleum based resin with a cork backing. Resistant to heat and water, they can be used for place settings, as a tray for candles or vases, or simply as art.

I am looking to network in the areas of environmentally and socially responsible materials and production, selling methods and ideas about entering the market in the design/product world and general entrepreneurial concerns.

I have been an art director, designer and creative director working with agencies and in-house creative departments in Seattle and New York for over 20 years. The majority of my experience has been in establishing relationships with clothing companies to help them visually position and develop their brands.
