  • Looking for people who are passionate about working with people with disabilities

    Hi Bizniks,

Marketing Mastermind Dominic Canterbury and I are forming a group to help people with disabilites find homes. I'm a real-estate-agent-2-b (I'll be taking the test very soon), and we're looking for more agents, mortgage brokers, physical and/or occupational therapists, social workers, and maybe other people (writers?) who want to join our unique group.

What we want to attract is smart, talented, creative and fun people who really want to serve this group. The time committment to work with us is really neglible, and it won't cost you anything, but the rewards (financially and otherwise) are going to be huge.

We're going to be offering a unique set of services to our clients-- ones that make us irresistible. And we'll be getting lots of publicity, too.

Interested? Email me. If it sounds like we're a match, you'll be invited to our drinks and brainstorming session.

  • Looking for an independent real estate broker to work with

    Hi Bizniks,

I'm in the process of becoming a real estate agent. Thanks to Dominic Canterbury, I've got a great marketing plan. Now I need to find and independent broker to work with.

If you know anybody who's flexible and fun, especially if they're north of downtown Seattle, please let me know.

    Thanks!

    Dolores

  • Phoenix and Dominic in the P.I.

In case you missed it, the front page of Dec. 26th's issue of the P.I. featured Bizniks and in an article about new ways for real-estate agents to market their businesses.

    Check it out!

  • Looking for a marketing partner

I've been to a couple of intensive marketing seminars recently, so I know what I want to do next. Does anyone want to get together regularly (say, once a week or every other week) and talk about this stuff? Preferably, somone who knows what WOM is, and has heard the words "Relevance, Credibility, and Value" a lot ;)

I'm looking to stay focused on my marketing, and get some feedback.

  • Women's Business Center in Edmonds Re-opening

I went to an orientation there, and they offer a wide variety of services, including classes and one-on-one business counseling. You can meet with Tiffany McVeety, who runs the program, or with SCORE representatives (retired business execs). They also offer free legal advice, and they help you secure funding.
