Combining a love for all things culinary with an adept understanding of business management, Donald Bleau is an experienced and thoughtful executive. Currently the president and CEO of the fast rising casual dining chain Eggspectation Restaurants, LLC, Bleau is utilizing his considerable skills in guiding the company through its planned expansion into the United States. Educated in the finer details of food and hospitality at the celebrated Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Paris, France, Donald Bleau was a recipient of the Grand Diplôme - the only degree program offered by Le Cordon Bleu, which signifies expertise in both culinary and pastry fundamentals. However, because he was bright enough to know that running a restaurant takes more than skill in the kitchen, in addition to his culinary training, Donald Bleau also received a Master of Business Administration degree from Barry University with specializations in finance and marketing. His dual expertise, and commitment to hard work and extra effort, has enabled Donald Bleau to attain his high level of success.

Outside of his business interests, Donald Bleau is extremely active in improving his community. A supporter of several charitable organizations, Bleau has shown a dedication to helping others. Among the organizations with which Bleau is affiliated are Needle's Eye Ministries, HABcore of Red Bank and Aslan Youth Ministries. Through the latter charity, Donald Bleau was able to participate in an immensely rewarding and critically important mission trip to Haiti. A charter founder of the American Institute of Wine and Food, Donald Bleau spends his spare time cooking and entertaining friends and family. Bleau is also an active golfer and tennis player and enjoys reading in his leisure.
