My massage practice is focused on myofascial release, yoga therapy (Swedish gymnastics), rocking and shaking, and progressive massage (Five day sessions for chronic pain).

In addition to massage, I offer polarity-based therapy, crystal vibrational healing, and chakra balancing, to help move energy through the body and balance emotions.
