What Doris does

I support expatriate employees who feel overwhelmed with the challenges of international assignments by discussing entrance, coping, and exit strategies. In our sessions, we will 1. clarify your vision for the assignment goals 2. uncover the hidden challenges that could be sabotaging your expat success, and 3. focus your motivation to take consistent action to achieve your goals.

What Doris does best

I most enjoy talking to the expatriates and their families about their expectations, figuring out how to work through cultural and identity issues, and supporting them in establishing their ideal lifestyle. Together we will come up with a game plan that makes the expat take back control.

What does Doris need?

International companies in the D/FW area that invite me to speak to their expats or potential expats, for example during a brown-bag lunch hour. International companies in the D/FW area that can add my contact information to their HR/expats resources web page. For the times where cross cultural training isn't enough, the expats need to know that there is an experienced professional available to talk with in complete confidence. Contact me to discuss a formal coaching trial before you add me as a resource!
