I also believe that all clients deserve the benefit of unique, effective, professional and results driven marketing plans. Whether buying or selling a home, I know that what is most important to my clients is the results. I am an excellent listener and communicator and want to hear what my clients have to say, and I always remain focused on their needs.

Most importantly I love what I do and it shows. My clientele are very loyal and always come back when buying or selling again. They regularly refer their family and friends to me and I always return the favor with exceptional service.

My systematic, organized business plan coupled with my client care standards make for a very successful outcome for my clients. I live in Seattle and have a deep knowledge of, and appreciation for the area and lifestyle it offers.

In addition to holding my real estate license, I returned to school in 2006 in order to obtain my Broker's license and, when finished, accepted the responsibilities of the Assistant Managing Broker of my office. [less]

  I have had the pleasure of working with Doug many times in the past, as a client and as a co-worker. I have also had the great pleasure of becoming one of his friends. Now, after all of these years of study and investigation, I can safely say Doug is a genuine, kind, hard working, and lets not forget funny person!
