Currently residing in Los Angeles, Dr. Anandhi Narasimhan has made an outstanding impact within the field of psychiatry. Originally beginning her career in Chennia, India, where Narasimhan earned her MD from Ramachandra Medical College, she then went on to complete her adult psychiatry residency training at Duke University Medical Center. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Dr. Anandhi Narasimhan has made an outstanding impact within the field of psychiatry. Originally beginning her career in Chennia, India, where Narasimhan earned her MD from Ramachandra Medical College, she then went on to complete her adult psychiatry residency training at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Anandhi Narasimhan has made a name for herself in the child trauma and neuroimaging research field. Dr. Narasimhan currently serves as a clinical instructor at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, and owns her own private practice in Westwood, Los Angeles. She also fills her busy schedule by serving as a child and adolescent psychiatrist for Aviva Family and Children's Services, a nonprofit, multi-service organization that provides care and treatment to abandoned, neglected, abused and at-risk youth and their families. Narasimhan has published numerous articles throughout the years on issues relating to her field. Her most recent publication was a chapter in a book where she wrote on the topic of "Child and Adolescent Responses to Trauma." Dr. Narasimhan has also frequently appeared on various news programs as an expert panelist.

Beyond the business realm, Dr. Narasimhan has been involved in numerous charity and community organizations. She has served as the community service director for the Indian Professionals Group, and as a member of the American Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
