One is that life is not a bystander sport. Another is that life is short. Even at 90, I'm guessing it feels like it came up quickly. Also, it sucks not being able to breath, move, do the things one wants to do. I know from experience.

I am exquisitely excited by helping folks turn their health-life around. I have participated in that process, different for everyone, for a dozen years. Whether providing specific chiropractic care as part of a HealthStyle(r) Program; training and participating with non-cyclists in riding 210 miles in 10.5 hours of riding time; coaching others through difficult transitions; supporting the process of self-discovery or teaching about the process of health, I am thrilled by this being human and helping others make the most of their lives as I play to make the most of mine.

  I was afraid of chiropractors until I went to see Dirk. I was having back pain for three years – other chiropractors just made it worse – but after a short series of adjustments, my back (and migraines) were cured. Dirk did such a good job that I haven’t needed any work for months now!!   [less]
