I am a yoga therapist and teacher. I specialize in working with people with chronic pain and mood disorders. I do group work for those with chronic pain at my studio, Big Yoga Yoga and Belmont Yoga. I also work with people individually.

When working with individuals, we use talk, breath, movement and relaxation to explore opportunities for healing and creating greater ease of mind.

I help children and adults identify with the best parts of themselves. In doing so, I help them find their own tools to connet to greater physical, mental and emotional health.
