In a nutshell, I help them figure out what it will cost, how long it will take, and what impact it will have. I communicate those ideas to our directors and creative team to come up with the concept that brings the ideas to life. Our producers are there to make sure it happens on time and on/under budget. Once production has started, I communicate frequently with our clients to help make sure the project stays true to their original goals. I also work with them on a distribution strategy to create maximum exposure.
