What Elisebeth does

Summary: Specializing in addressing change processes, leadership development, diversity awareness/initiatives, organizational evaluation/development, and collective resourcefulness. I provide personal and professional coaching for individuals, as well as consulting with businesses and organizations. I have been facilitating workshops, seminars, and classes for individuals since 2002 in the areas of advocacy, diversity, leadership, and organizational development. My services for organizations include team building, research and evaluation, project management, stake-holder engagement, and organizational assessment.

What Elisebeth does best

I focus my efforts in the areas of transformational learning, leadership development, group/individual transition processing, adult ADD coaching, organizational development, women's leadership, project management, experiential education, and being a creative change guide - especially in the areas where fear emerges as challenger and teacher.

What does Elisebeth need?

I recently relocated to Seattle from the Spokane area - I need contacts and opportunities to share my knowledge and skills here. I need people who are willing to "give me a try" and see what I am capable doing for them and their organizations. Since this is my first, and rather unexpected, foray into my own business, I also need ideas, cautions, and support as this grows.
