I am an expert at relaxing people. Using a variety of modalities: from Acupuncture to deep vibrarational sound healings, Reiki, to breathing to guided meditation, aromatherpy to gentle rocking...It is my passion to bring about relaxation and stillness to your busy life. I am looking for people who are on the verge of greatness...and know this about themselves. Those who need just a little flow of energy in the right direction. It is my honor to be the catalyst and mediator for this profound change.

I have been creating relaxing spaces and working with stress and relaxation since i was a wee tot. Besides a lifelong passion of creating peace, I have a Masters in Oriental Medicine from the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine (SIOM.) Since completing that program I have taken (and continue to study) Acutonics (deep vibrational sound healings.) I am a Reiki Master trained by Marie Manuchehri, Energy Intuitive. I study different theories of mediation and chakra balancing work that I share during treatments. In addition i have taken post-graduate work in pain management, gynecology, dermatology and japanese subtle energy techniques. My current focus in on teaching my clients about how their daily lives affect the lives of others around them, including the planet. We work together to make sure their footprint is the one they intend to make. This work is a sort of soul-retrieval and it is my great honor to be a facilitator of such great work.

I see patients Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10-6, Thursday's 2-9, and Saturdays from 10:30-3:30. Saturday's are reserved for Ayaffa Facial Lift clients.
