I assist people in creating the environment they want through their architectural finishes and colors. I also do space planning and redesign.

With a background in communication and education, I consider myself to be more of a facilitator in the design process. I work very linearly, efficiently, and intuitively to help people create what feels like home (or for commercial jobs, their business image) to them--not me.

  I have to admit that I thought color consultation was all about trends and imposing those on your environment. But, no! Emily spend hours studying my cabinetry, flooring, fireplace limestone, kitchen tiles, lighting and more to create a palette that compliments and updates the house. Then she involved me in refining that natural palette to add in expressive elements that suite my personal style. I LOVE IT!    [less]
