Equestrian and Riding Instructor

What Emily does
I teach children and adults to ride and care for horses. I'm all about having fun while achieving riding goals in a friendly atmosphere. Horsemanship isn't only something we do in the saddle - it's about the whole horse: understanding the animal mentally and physically, caring for the horse, and working with the horse for sport and recreation.
What Emily does best
I enjoy working with each person as a future- or present horseman/woman. Some are cautious or scared, others are jocks in the saddle who want to do it all asap, and some are in the middle. I excell at figuring out the best pace and process for each individual, knowing that we learn from the horse and our experiences. Learning is an ongoing process in all subjects, and horses are fun, exciting animals to partner with!
