  Lucky me! My business card was drawn at Erica's recent workshop and I won a Free 1 hour Consultation with Erica. We met yesterday and my head is still spinning. First let me say what a pleasure it was to have Erica's undivided attention focused on MY business. Her questions quickly brought my marketing objectives to the forefront, and her advice and suggestions were so helpful.   Wonderful storytelling, Erica. I like the feel you create by putting me, the listener, at ease. How? By sharing some of your world that I can picture.

  It felt like you invited me, "Come on in. Sit over here by the warm fire. Would you like a cup of tea? Let me look in my cupboard; oh, yes, here are some shortbread and chocolate chip cookies we can share. "

  In essence, "Let's get comfortable with stories from my cupboard of life before and while we talk business."
