Hi! My name's Erika Soltys and I'm a freelance writer and editor for the End of the Block, a writing and editing service for the most discriminating of customers.

I've developed strong academic writing abilities studying English at the University of Connecticut; I've honed both creative fiction and nonfiction writing skills participating in Summer Literary Seminars in Russia during 2007 and a Brown University Continuing Studies Writing Workshop in 2006; I've even gained experience in transcriptioning during August of 2009.

Currently, I'm editing and proofreading a PhD-level dissertation that will be submitted and defended during the 2009-2010 academic year.
