Everyone deserves to work, especially those that have disabilities. Working with business' of all sizes, I help identify the needs of the employer and find innovative ways in creating successful employment through job analysis, customization and supported employment for both the employee and employer.

Identify the needs of an organization and match them with the needs of the perspective employee to create a win/win scenario.

I worked with Washington State Employment Security under a Department of Labor grant in assisting disabled veterans find successful employment. I later expanded to helping others who suffer with mental illness and chemical dependency.
