My passion is facilitating robust interactive seminars/workshops in a corporate training environment exploring the following subject areas: -Generational differences in the workplace -Diversity and inclusiveness as it relates to employee engagement -Self-awareness and its benefit in the workplace -Leaders at all levels My approach is one that asks participants to closely examine their own cultural lens and social construct through which they experience their work environment. Through this context we are able to examine others' filters with an open mind leading us to a place of acceptance and appreciation as we explore the benefits of diversity.
