I am a Certified Home Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and certified pest inspector in the state of Ohio. My company inspects all types of construction including residential, commercial, duplexes, and apartment buildings in the Lancaster, Logan, Circleville, Carroll and Columbus area and will perform general home inspections anywhere within the state of Ohio. I give a complete evaluation of all aspects of the structure inside and out. Some of the items include electrical, plumbing, hvac, roof and to much more to list. My business is a complete one stop shop for all your real estate needs. I take pride in my work and am completely passionate in what I do. I put my clients before anyone when it comes to a real estate transaction. I do all I can to ensure they are completely aware of what they are getting themselves into.

Home Inspections are what we do best. We find issues and do our best to get them resolved for our clients.

Our company needs to branch out and meet new people. We have great success in the local market but are striving to increase our business in other areas of the state of Ohio.

I have successfully passed InterNachi's online examination to become a Certified Home Inspector. All my education has come from Hondros College in Westerville, Ohio. I have a Masters Designation, New Build Specialist Designation in home inspection. We have countless hours of total education and training. I complete no less than 20 hours of continuing education each year.

I have been around the construction and real estate business my whole adult life. I have built custom homes, prefabricated homes, apartment buildings, and have been remodeling for over 10 years in the Lancaster, Logan, Circleville, and Athens area. The beginning of my pursuit to be a home inspector I have been very fortunate in the fact that I have been able to participate in a mentor ship program with highly qualified inspectors and instructors of the home inspection field. There are a lot of inspectors that have not had the opportunity to participate in a mentor ship program.
