Web based time tracking integration with Quickbooks
Does anyone know of such software that will allow multiple users track their time on a web based system which will export as a timer file for Quickbooks? Thanks.

Has anyone had good experience with a colo in the Bay Area worth mentioning? I am searching for a 10U rack to house 5 mysql cluster servers that I can drive to for maintenance if necessary. Thanks for sharing your experience.
I was just wondering how other Indies are fairing in this economic slowdown. Surprisingly for me, my business has been super busy in the first quarter. I am wondering if the drought is coming soon.
I certainly hope all your responses are rosy.
Dan,
Is there a place to find out who I have invited in the past? I want to invite more people but don't want to duplicate invitations as that becomes spammy. Thanks.
I was wondering if anyone here know how we can get some of these educational Biznik events on video so members from all over the world can view something that happened locally? There are so many events I would have liked to attend in Seattle but could not due to the long commute.
Maybe even a service where the videos can be sold for viewing so the event host can get more revenue would be nice.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
Everyone in the Bay Area,
I just attended a great event at a San Francisco shared workspace last night, The owners, Sasha and Roman were asking for suggestions for event topics people might be interested in. They are putting together their events calendar right now, so if you have an idea for a talk and/or want to give a talk, please post a comment.
I would like to attend more of these wonderful events here in the Bay Area.
Thanks, all.

Hey, all you New York Bizniks or those planning on traveling to New York City. A web business, an online services booking site, that I helped build is giving away $50 to anyone booking any spa appointments online before October 31, 2007. The appointment does not have to be before the 31st, just booked by then.
Here is how you can get this free deal. Goto LifeBooker.com
Find a service and appointment you would like. Use the code, "OurTreat", when booking.
Make sure you use the code "OurTreat" to get the $50.
Enjoy your way discounted spa treatment!
Let me know how you like the new website also. Thanks.
Would anyone in the Berkeley area or willing to come over to the East Bay like to get together to kick around/ pickup game? What better way to get to know other Bizniks than to play a team sport with each other!
If there is interest, I will setup a recurring event.
To all Biznik members, I just created a group in Prosper.com for Biznik members.
For those who are not familiar with prosper.com, it is a site that allows peer-to-peer lending. Yes, real money from person to person bypassing the banks.
As a group, we can help each other out as we vouch for each other by ousting those who do not repay loans according the schedule. It then increases the group's overall ratings and everybody wins when you want to get loans with lower interest rate. Therefore, it is important to belong to a group made up of trust worthly individuals and what is better than a group of Bizniks!
It is another way to extend our great community of Indies to further help each other out.
Cheers!
Frank
Dan and Lara,
I don't understand why "Joel McComb" keeps coming up on the welcome page as "Meet Joel McComb" while when I click on it, it states that I am not allowed to view the profile.
Questions: 1) Why am I not allowed to view that profile? 2) Why does it show up if I cannot view that profile?
Thanks.

As an Indie, I am having enough problems finding time for marketing, writing proposals, managing client relations, doing the work, blogging, and sometimes sleeping. Now I am trying to get back to managing my investment portfolio by researching and watching the stock market a bit. Quickly, I have found that it can suck up more time than blogging.
How do you manage your investments and remain sane?
To all those expert bloggers out there, I always thought that it would be best to setup a blog on your own domain as the content and traffic raises the entire domain in search engine ranking. However, I have seen a lot of people on Biznik with their blogs on blogger.com, wordpress.com, etc. Isn't that missing some of the benefits of a blog?
What are your thoughts?
I stumbled upon an article about Second Life in Wired.com a couple weeks ago and was very intrigued. Although, it has been around since 2000, I had never heard of it until now as I probably don't spend enough time searching for new services. Just in case if you are as clueless as I was two weeks ago and never heard of Second Life, it is a 3D virtual world where people can build, sell, market, interact, explore, etc. like the real world. Well, kind of like the real world. The amazing thing is that it actually has it's own economy with what they call Linden dollars that has an exchange rate to US dollars.
It all seems very amazing and has potential but I was wondering if any Biznik had any success stories to share regarding this virtual world. Thanks.
