I'm part of Sustainable Capitol Hill, an organization created to connect and empower the CH community around the ideas of sustainability. We're working to create an event, currently titled "Imagine Capitol Hill," similar to what you're describing. I think it'd be great for our two energies to at least talk, if not outright combine. We're having a general SCH meeting this coming Monday, at Office Nomads (1617 Boylston Ave, Suite 200). It'll be potluck (begins at 6:30), then meeting.
