  computer mastery. This man has been knowing and doing computers since before most of us even started typing.

  He's a wealth of knowledge. He's really good at teaching really smart people how to do even more technical tricks and he can teach the more techno-phobic of us how to embrace the greatness of computers.

  He has shown me how to be with computers in a peaceful way, instead of wanting to chuck my laptop across the room and out the window.

  In fact, I don't think I would have had the guts to get online and give this compliment if he had not been able to clam so many of my fears around computing and the internet.
