The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines an entrepreneur as "one who organizes, operates, and assumes the risk for a business venture."
To me, that description seems rather weak and austere. In my experience and observation, entrepreneurs are much more than that; they are innovative, creative, and committed.
To me, an entrepreneur is someone who is inspired to build the business of their dreams based on their sense of a deep underlying purpose and burning passion to express their gifts.
On the other hand, a leader is one who provides guidance and direction.
So, a "leaderpreneur" might refer to one who guides and directs a business based on clear purpose and burning passion, in a creative, innovative manner, and is willing to shine their brilliance in areas where none has shone before.
Ken Wilber, author of "A Theory for Everything: An Integral Vision for Business, Politics, Science, and Spirituality," describes consciousness as "having an awareness of one's inner and outer worlds; mentally perceptive, awake, mindful."
Along these lines, consider that "conscious leaderpreneurship" might mean engaging in both leadership and entrepreneurship in a manner that is mindful, awake, innovative, creative, as well as both purpose-and passion-driven, and contributes to elevating the awareness of humanity.
