What Gina does best

I empower the heck out of people. I listen for and speak only to their greatness . . . and guess what? It shows up! It's not magic. I'm highly trained in listening. I just had a client triple her income last month. Yes, I gave her good strategies and guidance, but more than anything she got who she was and what she's capable of.

I also am a time-management and scheduling guru. This isn't the focus of my business, but it easily could be. I bring this element to all my clients and it provides quick relief to the madness and overwhelm many people feel. It doesn't matter whether you manage your time in Outlook, on your iPhone, or with a pad of paper and a pencil. The same principles to scheduling sanity apply.

I also am a great project creator and manager. I consult business owners and managers in creating project plans that really work.

I wouldn't say I'm the consultant with the right answers, but I would say I am the consultant with some of the best questions. I spend much of my time asking people questions and allowing them to sort through what's important to them, and how they want to approach their goals and priorities.
