What Graeme does
I often tell people that I own a printing company, but I'm not a printer. In fact, my staff do everything they can to stop me from touching the very equipment I own, because you don't want me printing your product! However, my staff are very good at what they do, and frankly I'm very proud of them (don't tell them that, though!).
My job is taking care of my customers; making sure their needs and expectations are exceeded in every way. It's my passion to partner with small and medium sized businesses in the community, helping them put their best foot forward in a competitive world through quality printed materials. I do this in part through consulting, meeting with customers at their point of need, and I host a blog - http://www.nwprinter.com.
What Graeme does best
Our niche is printing offset and digital product. We print mostly letterhead, business cards, business forms (NCR), envelopes, postcards, newsletters, presentation folders, banners, tradeshow booths, brochures, and flyers. Think spot colors, pantones, CMYK printing, foil and emboss.
We also offer bulk mailing services and list acquisition, as well as ad specialties - pens, mugs, fun stuff with your logo on them!
Oh yes, we also offer graphic design and typesetting services as well as an awesome cup of coffee if you come by our office!
What does Graeme need?
I need relationships with decision makers in small and medium sized businesses. In small businesses this is typically the owner, and in mid-sized business it's an assistant or even a purchasing department.
