As an avid runner, I had a long standing goal to run a ½ marathon. 30 days before my scheduled first ½ marathon date the pain in my right knee, during my training runs, was so intense that I was seriously considering dropping out of the race. I went to Greg for help. He worked with me and put me through a series of stretches that as an athlete I never knew were available. Not only was I able to accomplish my goal of finishing my first ever ½ marathon but I even ran the race pain free and broke my personal time goal!
