Don't drink the water !!
Hi , I"m Greg with American Therapeutic Massage & Body Works. Did you know that by the time you feel thirsty your body is already becoming dehydrated at the cellular level. The old standard was to drink 8 glasses of water a day. The new standard is half of your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 200 lbs you need to drink 100 ounces of water. I know it sounds like a lot, but just figure 5- 20 ounce bottles in a 24 hour period. Hey it doesn't sound quite as bad !!
