What Gregory does
Are you someone who needs to visually show the human warmth of your humans? Looking for a photographer who can create lifestyle imagery and environmental portraits that reveal the natural warmth and personality of your people within impeccably designed and lit compositions? Hey, that's me--I can help you out!
For over 20 years, I've been creating captivating pictures for corporate, advertising, and editorial clients. Using sensitivity, respect and heaping helpings of humor, I'm able to relax and gain the trust of people, capturing their humanity and essence within impactful photos. Clients say I have an innate talent for making those involved in the shoot, willing co-conspirators of the creative process, resulting in everyone contributing to the pleasant task of making striking imagery.
I've worked for many of our finest magazines including Time, Business Week, Forbes, People, Us, TV Guide, Woman's World, First for Women, ESPN Magazine, American Banker, Architectural Digest, Sunset and LA Times. I've also provided high quality and innovative images for many Fortune 500 companies including Pepsi, Anheuser Busch, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Federal Express, Toyota, RAND, Dove, Motorola, Verizon, Chevron, Clorox and Macy's.
I've also been hired by many agencies and firms such as Hill and Knowlton, Edelman, Weber Shandwick, Ketchum, Fleishman-Hillard, Rogers Group, Burson Marsteller, Cerrell Associates, CKPR, Manning Selvage and Lee, GMR Marketing, Perry Com, Landis Design and Sharp Design.

INSIDE THE GAME
After being sucked inside a kid's computer game, a family can only return home if they win the game--which entails outwitting classic fairy tale characters, fighting killer beasts, and the wicked fairy they're playing against--all before the laptop's battery dies and they perish along with it. INSIDE THE GAME takes place in a computer game called Fairy Tale Land and is a comedic adventure fantasy infused with magic, heart and scary thrills.

Experience
My collection of dance images, DANCE ILLUMINATIONS, was showcased in a solo show at the Canon Gallery in San Francisco. I also created a book on San Francisco's diverse regions entitled IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS, published by Chronicle Books. Several times my photographs have won awards from Communication Arts.
A few of the celebrities I've photographed are Pierce Brosnan, Oprah Winfrey, David Beckham, Jimmy Kimmel, Peyton & Eli Manning, Carmelo Anthony, Sally Field, Quentin Tarantino, Leelee Sobieski, Cindy Crawford, Quincy Jones, Larry King, Joe Mantegna, Al Gore, Jimmy Carter, Tom Petty, Magic Johnson, John Elway.
Though my first love is photography, my involvement in related creative mediums brings a trunk full of extra skills and a multi-faceted artistic approach to your projects. I've directed a couple of TV commercials and worked as an assistant director for several feature films. And if you're a writer, you'll appreciate the fact that I'm a comrade-in-words. Besides writing several magazine articles, I've also written numerous screenplays, actually sold a few, have one feature film credit ("One Good Turn") and was represented by the prestigious ICM agency. These days my spare time is spent working on a novel.
