I am a co-founder and principal of The Integral Process Group. My husband, Paul King, and I are catalysts for positive, proactive change for individuals and in organizations seeking successful solutions for integrating people, process and technology.

My expertise lies in organizational development as a process consultant with a focus on whole systems. Paul's expertise is in IT process improvement, strategic visioning and high-level implementation. We are both leadership development coaches.

As a Leadership Coach, I assist entrepreneurs, executives and organizational leaders to successfully move forward, define personal leadership, identify success strategies and create environments for personal development, innovation and success.

I work with individuals to know and embrace their leadership style, improve their communication skills, increase their emotional intelligence and create work and lifestyle balance.

I believe in working with the whole person, integrating cognitive, behavioral and somatic awareness and practices to create powerful results.

Successful entrepreneurs and executives value my keen intuition and role as a challenging, yet empathetic, partner for their creativity, leadership, resource management and business development.

As a Process Consultant, I use a systems approach and support leaders to meet organizational goals by facilitating change, clarifying strategy, strengthening trust, and improving communication. I help individuals, teams and organizations achieve breakthrough results.

A Master Facilitator, I design and facilitate retreats and off-sites, conflict resolution sessions and team development processes that foster deep dialogue and engagement.

Clients include individuals, entrepreneurs, corporate, non-profit organizations, educational institutions and government agencies.

I am a serial entrepreneur, having created and sold several businesses and working in real estate for more than twenty years. I love working with entrepreneurs, helping them develop their vision, branding and success strategies. I am successful in coaching individuals in career and life transitions.

I am building the Biznik community in the San Juan Islands. We have held events on Orcas and San Juan Islands and plans are being made for a Power of Full Engagement Business Retreat on Orcas in early June.

I am expanding my intregral coaching practice,with urban and island retreats, engaging in community with entrepreneurs and individuals who are ready to take their personal and professional success to the highest level.

I hold a BA in Education and MS in Organizational Development from American University and National Training Laboratory (AU/NTL)

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with Leadership Coaching certification from Georgetown University and the International Coaching Federation.

I am certified to administer and interpret the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B, DiSC, The Leadership Circle Profile, Leadership Circle Culture Survey and Authentic Leader.

I am a Level II Reiki Practitioner and integrate somatics and creativity (art, music, movement) into my coaching.

I am a motivational workshop leader, recognized for training delivery combining humor, professionalism, valuable resources and tools.

I have a broad and varied professional background. As an educator and trainer, I have worked in schools and communities to develop community leadership.

I have been in business, as a Realtor, shopkeeper and vacation property owner/manager on Orcas Island since 1995. I have more than 12 years in my own consulting practice, with a focus in business development, management and leadership coaching.
