I practice various modalities of therapeutic massage, reflexology and reiki. I have been in practice for about 5 years, expanding my education to include pregnancy massage, sports and myofacial release technique, and specific injury and trigger point treatment. I have owned and operated my own practice for 2 years, created and managed a successful massage program at a family wellness center, and am now employed by a fantastic, community based chiropractic office.

I enjoy creating a healing and fulfilling experience accessible to idividuals who are seeking an oppotunity to educate their bodies into balance.
