I find that which needs Paint ! so;I Network, a B.N.I. chapter gets me a weekly group to be responcible to & that inspires action ,conversation, & awarness. Also there is (once a month) a Chamber of Commerce event &/or the Team Network "Marty". I drop in on other B.N.I.chapters . Cold calling ; just go out some place ,look for the failing coating systems & ask "do ya need paint?" also I'm checking out the"Biznik"site.

I like to converse, I enjoy the power of words as a means to cause action & results. Listening...(This takes Dissiplin)with practice one can ask one or two pointed questions & the responces will answer many. When people sence that they are being paid atention to they'll reveal much of what you might need, to be the solution to both of your needs. (ie. My paint did not last the time I'd thougt it should....Well with just a slight increase in material costs ,we will use a higher quality coating and get you the durablity you require...)

Introductions to people responcible for maintaining various facilities. Those who like the place looking sharp. Individuals who know maintinance & apperance complement each other

Graduated H.S.in 71 Most of the next decade in 6 different colleges .. ,Marine transportation,Art school, Education, Religion & history,Design .....By 84 ...I had settled into restoration Painting in historic Richmond Va . By 2003 I moved to Northern Virginia & went to work for CertaPro Painters of Loudoun. I still read & study because it is fun & usefull.....!

Painted for the "other guys" for several seasons while also goin ta school,Drove a delivery truck for a while, apprentist printer on an off-set web press, worked as production super at frozen food factory (summmers) while at school, did a little substitut teaching (art) Put my paintings in gallerys,sold a few..Started my own (sole proprietorship) Painting & restoration company 84 to 03 .Also some other venturs w/ friends in varios MLMs That is experiance not nessacarliy good...but experacce non-the less
