I've been a real estate agent and licensed broker in the greater Seattle area since 1976. Having been a resident on the Eastside and in Seattle, my expertise runs to both sides of the lake. My clientele bring me to their communities of choice because of my effective communication and skills in the crafts of market savvy, negotiation and Buyer Representation, regardless of location. Negotiating the transaction to your best advantage is a specialty of mine. My 30 years of experience with varying market conditions has provided me with insights into what is important in achieving the best results for your transaction, whether buying or selling. I am an accredited real estate teacher  of RE Law, Marketing and Negotiation.

I have chosen to work with Coldwell Banker Bain and the highest producing Coldwell Banker office in the United States. Our level of expertise and business integrity is unmatched in the real state industry. I managed the office as its Designated Broker in 1987-8, until I decided to return to "the streets" where I can better serve my clientele.

In other aspects of my life, I am a percussionist and also a Voice Talent for Commercials, Computer Games and Documentaries. You might hear me on your phone as a few voices in The Brady Bunch game, or find me drumming and accompanying DJs at local dance clubs.

Buyer Representation is a specialty of mine. Negotiation is a special skill that I have developed and studied over my 30 year real estate career. The "Best Deal" isn't always the highest price for the Seller, and likewise, Buyers don't always have to be the highest bidder to be the successful purchaser. As an Agent, Broker and Teacher, I am familiar with the varied techniques necessary and available to my clients to achieve their goals.

As a percussionist, I'm known as Pak Hanafi. You'll find me accompanying dancers, fire spinners or DJs at local clubs. 

I am a very effective narrator for documentaries or industrial films and provide character voices wherever they're needed: ie, Anime, computer games, voice-overs for commercials. 

I need a "voice project"! Making a film and need some narration or character voices? Writing a radio play? Creating a Public Service Announcement? I've got the experience and a Fabulous Speaking Voice!

I Created The CB Bain Community Partnership program whereby sizeable contributions are made to Non-profit/Charitable organizations as a result of your transaction or any purchase/sale of real estate that you refer to me. This program has generated donations of hundreds of thousands of dollars since its inception in 1987. The largest single donation to date was for $17,000!

Created a program to accomodate the relocation and home purchases of COSTCO employees when they merged with Price Club. Established TransferEase, a company that assists corporations with lower cost associated services.

I enjoy helping people understand the intricasies of buying and selling real estate. I am available to speak to groups wishing to undersatnd our Seattle/Eastside real estate market and how to make the most effective Buying and Selling decisions.
