I work with bright, creative independent professionals (or people who want to be independent professionals) who know they have something amazing to share with the world but don't feel comfortable putting it out there yet.

Maybe they're feeling stuck because they're supposed to be creative for a living, but can't seem to make the creativity happen on deadline. Maybe they want to start a business or a new venture but are feeling overwhelmed by what-ifs. Or, maybe they're trying to grow their business but anxiety-fueled procrastination is getting in the way.

I help them stop second-guessing themselves so they can do what they love and do it now. Together we work on rewriting internal and external habits and patterns so they can feel good promoting the cool stuff they do. We move away from the traditional, loud-mouthed "think big" stuff and into a more mindful process of growing your business intentionally, while feeling confident, safe and supported doing it.

What excites me the most about working with my clients is not only do they have huge breakthroughs working through their "stuff," but often they also begin to fall in love with just being alive. Good stuff.

Sanctuary. There might be a less loaded way of saying that, but my big strength is being able to go deep into "transparent, loving acceptance" mode and help people feel really safe being in their gifts and putting their work out there.

And in the more practical, business sense, helping people write zing-ey copy from the heart that makes their ideal clients go "ooh, that's me!".
