Hope for a Freshly Graduated Freelancer

Hello all,

Can I just say how excited I am to have found biznik? I graduated from Nazareth College in May and am now spending all of my time looking for freelance writing and graphic design work (gotta pay back those loans somehow!). It's so scary to take the plunge into the working world, but having a community like this to learn from makes me feel at least a little bit better.

Any ideas for a starting newbie?
