I'm a life and career coach who helps professionals find career happiness. I help my clients plan, develop and/or change their careers.

Many of my clients are asking themselves questions such as, "Should I stay at this job or change?", "What's next for me?", and "What do I really want to do anyway?"

I help them answer these questions, providing insight, feedback, brainstorming, support, information and a structured framework.

I'm the featured coach in Seattle Metropolitan magazine's July 2007 "The Best of the City" issue.

I'm especially good at inspiring clients to believe in themselves, take risks, see new perspectives on old challenges and break large projects into small, doable tasks.

A coach friend and I are looking for a third coach or consultant who would like to share office space (Capitol Hill area or thereabouts.)

B.A. in English literature from Smith College.

Certified as a professional coach through the Academy for Coach Training.

My professional background before becoming a coach in 2003 was in corporate HR leadership.

I work with coaching clients from all over the United States on the telephone. I meet with Seattle clients in person or on the telephone.
