Let's wake ourselves up. Let's shake ourselves there if we have to. Sometimes it's the most loving way to do it. There is just too much magic in this lifetime to stay asleep to. I'm here to facilitate you dispelling the illusion you have about yourself and your life that argues with what you already are.

There is a powerful spirit, here, within each of us, in every moment. This spirit knows nothing of striving to fulfill goals, of motive, of controlling others or of need. It knows nothing of lack, of conflict, of stress or obligations. It never abandons, rejects or judges us. It never manipulates or regulates. There is no suffering, no pain and no war experienced here. And yet, when it is remembered, we are propelled to move and do in ways we never dreamed possible. Its natural inclination is generating loving action, expansive change, spontaneous creativity and the purpose of fully being--right now--according to our soul's desire rather than that of our mind's morality.

I desire this moment. Because it is here that I live, no exceptions. Life doesn't start tomorrow, it is always now that I find myself. It is here that I taste both the sweetness and the tartness of the fruit, here that I sense your approaching touch, here that I feel the driving rhythm of drums course through my body. It is here that I witness a "strangers" eyes as windows into my own, here that the rose releases its strange undefineable fragrance, it is here that my lover says, "I love you" without words. It is now that life is happening. Now that I feel my own power, my own brilliance, my own radiance. It is right now that the sun warms me and the wind speaks to me in languages I understand only within my soul. It is now, right now, that unifies cultures, generations, races and religions beyond doctrines, contracts and agreements. And it is now that holds every intimate connection and every experience of deep meaning and purpose I have ever longed for. Right Now. No exceptions. None.

You may be saying, "Great concept, "Living in the present moment... where suffering, stress and dis-ease are not experienced, where we are all regarded as equally free and unlimited"...but how do I do it?"

You don't have to "do it".

YOU ARE IT.

And I know a very simple way that can propel us into this "remembrance". It is so simple that even grown ups can easily use it. It's called self-inquiry.

So, what is "self-inquiry"? Sounds cold and not very exciting. Sounds kinda sterile and impersonal.

There is nothing more personally powerful than knowing how to ask YOURSELF what is true for YOU.

Self inquiry is: GIVING YOURSELF PERMISSION TO QUESTION THAT WHICH YOU WERE TAUGHT AS TRUTH that may not be true for YOU anymore. To deconstruct the illusions that keep you from knowing, in Every. Single. Moment. Your Divine Self. Your powerful, passionate self. To ask yourself if the painful, conditional thoughts that you are unconsciously attached to and driven by are really true for you anymore. It is self-revelation, pure and simple. Through active self-inquiry, we begin to actually live and directly experience the age-old concept, 'know thyself'-- where space and silence are acknowledged and allowed to be, making room for the truth. For the wanton experience of the senses... for the ellusiveness of magic, for the release of grief and unhappiness, for the end to war, chaos in relationships and the failure to create a passionate life... for deep love, for true acceptance of life and death on all levels, for creativity not-yet-seen before on this planet, for compassion, vitality, mystery, passion, humor! peace and joy.

So, are you sure you wanna be happy? To be free to think for yourself? Sincerely? To be at peace? To experience deep, jolting intimacy with others? To experience this divine package that you already are right now??

Are you REALLY ready to BE what you believe you aren't?
