  I've been working out with Heather for a few weeks now and am very impressed with her knowledge and the freshness with which she approaches her work. Any casual remark I make about some pattern or tweaked area I have sends her brain wheels spinning and she comes up with new stretches or exercises to address the issue. She obviously is dedicated to her work and is able to motivate me to get up early to go work out.   [less]
