What Heather does

Personal fitness training one on one. We begin with medical history, exercise history, body composition, exercise testing, & goals. With all of that information I develop strength programs that I can take you through, or you can take to your gym. Some people I see 3 times a week, some I see every 6-8 weeks.

Personalize workouts for specific goals based on client needs (and have fun too)

Education

I graduated with honors from Ashmead Colleges Fitness Trainer Program in June 2001. Certifications from The American College of Sports Medicine (Health & Fitness Instructor) and The National Strength and Conditioning Association (Certified Personal Trainer)

Experience

Teaching skiing is what lead me to fitness training, I started in 1986 and still do it! I have been employed by Bally's (3 months) and The Vault (18 months), and independant contractor for Game Plan Fitness in Ballard (2 years) and I have been training out of my home for the last 2 years.
