New yoga session for beginners with gentle and easy postures to start with. Each class includes pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures to strengthen weak areas and release chronically contracted muscles), meditation, relaxation and concentration techniques, and guided imagery for a deeper relaxation to reduce stress and promote inner healing.
Next session begins Oct 26 Tuition for 6-week program: $103 Weekly written lessons provided
