Goals and Affirmations
I was talking to my wife today about the primary difference between goals and affirmations. We concluded that goals are typically set from time to time, but affirmations have to be practiced much more frequently.
For example, if we set a goal of losing 20 lbs, we might do that as an event on a particular day like January 1st.
The affirmations around that goal have to be practiced daily.
- "I enjoy eating healthy, well-balanced and well-proportioned meals."
- "I enjoy daily exercise which restores my body, mind, and soul."
- "I inspire others when it comes to health and wellness."
The affirmations really act as the POWER behind the desired goal itself.
