I try to do one or two major volunteer trips a year. I have done projects on 5 continents in the last 8 years.
For work I occasionally buy some real estate, manage and upgrade it for 10 years or more and occasionally sell something. I have a couple of people that work for me, that I trained, and are very good at what they do. At the moment I have a couple of small developements in the planning stages.

I think I am good at analyzing real estate investment potentials and suggesting alternatives. I am not in sales. I have done this for various people and although I do not take a fee I do want people to make a charitable contribution that would be equivalent to a fee. The investor gets the tax credit.
