Certified Gazelles Coach, Certified Coach, Certified Behavioral Analyst, Certified Values Analyst, Certified Attributes Index Analyst, Certified TriMetrix(tm) specialist, Top Grading, and Certified Public Accountant. I have Bachelors and MBA degrees from Florida International University and completed advanced Executive Programs at Harvard Law School and the University of Chicago.

Experience

I am a leading executive coach and business coach who is sought after to help executives and their teams to improve and accelerate performance. I have held positions that include CEO and have a 20+ year track record of exceptional results in multinational, public and private companies, across many industries, and businesses that range from start-up to $20 billion in revenue. My former employers include Ryder Systems Inc., AutoNation, and KPMG Peat Marwick. My record of success includes: Buying a business when he was 18, tripling its size, and selling it for 5 times what he bought it for by age 21. Growing Ryder Public Transportation Division from $400M to $600M. It sold for $1 Billion which was a record setting price multiple and the growth occurred while the industry was flat. Managing a strategic initiative at AutoNation involving $2B of new car inventory at over 275 dealerships. He was charged with reducing and better managing supply during a time when the company did not know how many cars they had on the lot. Leading Equiflor Corporation out of a sales stall point and to the Greater Miami Chamber Cutting Edge Award and expanding gross margins when the industry was in upheaval and industry margins overall were declining.
