Coaching experience -

My clients include dentists, attorneys, physicians, coaches, realtors, financial advisers, various small business owners and leaders in the high tech industry.

International Coach Federation (ICF) awarded my certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) after I completed two certified coaching programs, coached more than 25 clients and 750 hours. (ICF has 16000+ members in 90+ countries and only 1426 of them are PCC (as of December, 2008).

Currently, I am co-leading ICF Leadership Coaching Special Interest Group in monthly tele-conference format to advance the art, science and practice of professional leadership coaching in the world.

Business experience -

Co-founded Absolute Value, Inc; an internet retail business in 2002 and sold it to my partner in 2004.

Career experience -

Business coaching, Leadership Coaching and life coaching since 2000.

Marketing and product management, social media strategy, web/wireless emerging technology and architecture, vendor management, software engineering and development in the high tech industry since 1984. I love the technologies that connect people together. I apply my leadership and coaching skills to create team work to generate extraordinary results.

Life experience -

Being an immigrant, a parent of 3 children and a daughter of two aging parents, I've learned to believe in personal growth, clear communication, learning in action, loving what is, and trusting the process.
