In a nutshell, I act as a catalyst in helping people transform their lives. I assist them in reviewing their deepest values, clarifying their current priorities and articulating where they are in relation to where they truly want to be! Together we unearth their peskiest obstacles and dismantle them, once and for all, and map their way to their most expansive goals.

Several years ago when my passion for traditional psychology began to wane, I nudged my attention toward energy psychology and other forms of healing and personal development.

Currently I use a wide variety of modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization & Repreocessing (EMDR), Neuro-Emotional Treatment (NET), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Dreamwork and others.

Traditional weekly, 50-minute, face-to-face sessions, although still a part of my work, are now part of a menu of options that includes video and tele-sessions, several-hour-long home visits, and even three and four day private personal development retreats, which are facilitated, one client or one couple at a time, in collaboration with my partner, Brent, who provides Myofascial Release (MFR) and Zen Shiatsu bodywork as well as movement coaching.

What's remained constant is the spread of my work - individuals, couples, families and organizations who want to re-discover their most valued priorities and ensure that their actions reflect them - create more meaning, more mindfulness, more contentment and appreciation - develop better balance between work and play - generally feel more satisfaction with "what is" and more excitement about the notion of infinite possibilities come for assistance on their journeys.
